An injury assessment & management appointment at ABC Target Treatments is based around a clients specific injury or problem that may be presented.

 

On an initial assessment a thorough bio-mechanical examination is carried out to assess where a pain may be rooted from and the causes that contribute towards the pain. Throughout the appointment, the client's posture is assessed firstly to examine the effects a person's posture may present on specific areas of soft tissue & joints. Special tests are carried out to identify & isolate pain and/or any abnormalities.

 

Following an initial assessment, a specific treatment plan can begin. This treatment plan may include:

- Soft Tissue Massage

- Soft Tissue Release Techniques

- Fascial Release Techniques

- Lymphatic Drainage Massage

- Joint Mobilisations

- Dry Needling

- Cupping Therapy

- Rehabilitation and Strength & Conditioning
